45 mins of movements, flows and exercises that increase strength, balance or core stability
OPTION to ๐๐ญ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ 15 mins after class
Here you will be introduced to advanced strength exercises as well as learn a few flows
The reduction in class time is to accommodate those who are rushing in and out on their lunch hours. Just because we are reducing the actual class time, does not mean you wonโt get the same type of experience/workout. Ask any of my clients, I am crafty at changing it up to fit the timeline given ๐
