We teach Upbeat Barre! It is a muscular endurance work out combining Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, and Barre.
It is low impact, set to popular music, and will work muscles you didn't know you had! Check our instagram .barre.babes for classes.

UPDATE: YYC Barre Babes are going through some changes. We’re really sad and haven’t quite fully accepted it yet but have had to say good bye to Katie’s instructing days. She’s an amazing friend and so much fun to work with. But don’t worry as she moves forward with other endeavours I’m still making her join class and workout with us!
As I (Mandi) move forward with upbeat barre I’ll be bringing class a little closer to home for myself and will be teaching at Auburn House in auburn bay through the rec spring program starting March 7th Tuesdays @8:25!! Stay tuned for how to sign up and join me there 🙌🏻
Unfortunately moving into Auburn house you will no longer be able to use your pass at those classes. So come use them up from now until March! Don’t stress if you can’t use them up. I’ll be back out doors for the summer 😊
