It’s time for a wholesale change within Rugby Canada. Another 5 years of this rapid decline and there will be nothing to salvage. Brave new thinking is required, proper investment, and a World Rugby shake up for the growth of Tier 2 nations. The current status quo hasn’t changed for decades. I’m officially offering to fix this mess starting by getting executive remuneration down to the same as what the players get and putting the money back into the business plan.
