One-on-One Havening Techniques® Certification Training

I offer Havening Techniques® certification training online in a one-on-one format, with flexible scheduling and space to integrate the learning as you go.

The training includes 8 private two-hour modules, mentoring support, guided practice, and time for questions throughout the process. This format can be especially supportive for coaches, therapists, practitioners, and helping professionals who value a calm, focused learning environment.

You can choose your start date, and the remaining modules can be scheduled as we move through the training.

Students are welcome from Canada, the United States, and internationally.

I am thrilled to welcome Diana into our growing community.
Here's a little about how she is making her difference.
Diana Ali, PhD is a certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field. She maintains a private practice in Ventura, Californiia and is also licensed in Colorado. Throughout her career, Diana has worked with adults who have experienced complex trauma. Diana has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential programs, and intensive outpatient programs. In addtion to Havening Techniques, Diana also uses a variety of other trauma therapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy, the DBT-PTSD protocol for childhood sexual trauma, the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Diana has also had the great fortune of studying and practicing mindfulness meditation for many years, and is passionate about sharing mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindful self compassion (MSC) practices with her clients.

I’m so happy to celebrate Laura Swain on her Havening Techniques® Certification.

It has been such a pleasure to be Laura’s trainer and to witness her step more fully into this work. Laura brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to the people she supports, helping individuals experiencing stress and anxiety, as well as those wanting to create healthier lifestyle patterns.

In addition to Havening Techniques®, Laura is also a HeartMath® Practitioner, Certified Hypnotist, and Clinical Weight Loss Coach. For many years, I worked as a sculptor.

Stone teaches patience. It asks you to work gently, layer by layer, revealing what is already there rather than forcing what isn’t ready.

When I later discovered Havening Techniques®, I realized that the same understanding lives at the heart of this work, too.

Transformation rarely happens through pressure. It unfolds when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften and release what it has been holding.

Today, I work as an internationally certified Havening Techniques® Trainer and Practitioner, supporting clients and students from around the world.

That same philosophy also lives at the heart of a book I’ve been quietly writing over the past few years.

When Courage Whispers explores the deeper journey of becoming — how the smallest inner whispers of courage can slowly grow into profound transformation.

In many ways, it’s the same story I’ve been learning my entire life.
