In our Multi-Sport programs, children from 16 months to 12 years of age, are provided with a skills-driven, high-energy and fun-filled curriculum. Multi-Sport instruction introduces children to the fundamental concepts and skills behind eight popular sports: soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, golf & football. Using creative instruction and positive encouragement, our program

s focus on the development of gross motor skills, along with balance, strength, co-ordination, stamina and timing. The equipment that we use is age-appropriate and sized just right for the children in our programs. Sportball offers weekly classes that are run seasonally, as well as camps and clinics during school holidays. Birthday parties and special events can be arranged to fit into your schedule. We offer Sportball programs right in the community in churches, community centres, schools, daycares, private clubs, parks and other green spaces. In our Sportball Fitkids program, kids aged 6–12 are introduced to fitness through our fun, functional fitness curriculum. Building on our strength in non-competitive sports instruction, we have developed a new program that will help children improve their overall fitness and health. By incorporating key body movements, this integrated functional training program will help to build flexibility, stability, agility, balance and core strength.

SPORTBALL EXTREME TODDLER TRAINING™

Designed for our most dedicated athletes (ages 1.5–3), this elite program focuses on:

🔥 5:00 AM Conditioning Sessions
Because greatness doesn’t sleep. (But your child probably should.)

🥦 Strict Nutrition Guidelines
Only the finest: goldfish crackers, applesauce, and whatever snack they didn’t drop on the floor.

📣 Advanced Communication Training
Athletes will master phrases like:
“I do it myself!”
“No!”
And of course, silence when asked a direct question.

🏃‍♂️ Endurance Training
Including running in the opposite direction and stopping mid-drill for absolutely no reason.

🏆 Competitive Mindset Development
Learning that high-fives > winning, and snacks > everything.

👉 Spots are extremely limited (mostly because this isn’t real 😄)
