With an exciting career shift but the same passion for people and community, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

I was born and raised in Sherwood Park, and as a proud mom of five, I’m grateful to be raising my family in the same wonderful community. I’m now a full-time REALTOR® serving Sherwood Park and the greater Edmonton area — helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes with care, dedication, and a personal touch.

While real estate is my full-time focus, I’ve never stepped away from my roots in the fitness industry. I continue to teach at Apex Fit Co and offer a few independent classes at local studios.

When I’m not assisting clients or spending time with my family, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, cooking, or connecting with friends. I truly love being around people and helping others reach their goals — whether that’s finding their dream home or reaching new fitness milestones.

WEAR GREY FOR BRAIN TUMOUR AWARENESS

We chose this because May is and grey is the colour of ribbon. We thought we’d do this the last day of the month as Peyton just went through his routine MRI to scan the brain!
Peyton’s first brain tumour was removed 2008 then another in 2018. The memory of that hard day is crystal clear but the memories we have made each and every day is what’s special❤️ He is a Warrior and I love that we can Celebrate him and other brain tumour survivors tomorrow at the Studio🩶

Actually MIA has passed 200 Classes and is at 251🙌🏻

First time MIA walked into the Studio, brought by her friend Deanna, the two chit chatted a bit much thinking to myself OH DEAR! That was short lived with MIA and she is a complete blessing to have in class….
She’s focused, listens to instructions, tries anything thrown at her without complaining and has to be one of the friendliest ladies I know. Mia you are so beautiful inside and out. We are so lucky to have you at our happy place💕•
