🍂 Fall Hours for The Lift Shack 🍂

It's September!! Which means cooler weather and The Lift Shack is now operating with our fall hours.

Sept. 11-13: CLOSED for a private event
Sept. 19-20: 11am-7pm
Sept. 26-27: 11am-7pm

After this, it's time for winter prep and The Lift Shack will be closed for the season.

Come enjoy some hot dogs and dirty sodas while you still can!

🚨 We're Hiring! 🚨

We’re looking for an Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician to join our maintenance team for the upcoming winter season at Sunridge Ski Area. This is a full-time seasonal position running from September through April, with the potential for year-round employment for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll work alongside our maintenance team to help keep the hill operating safely and smoothly throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities include:
• Electrical maintenance and installations
• Preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
• Troubleshooting chairlift and conveyor drive systems, safety PLCs, and electrical/hydraulic systems and schematics.
• Maintenance of snow groomers, snowmobiles and other vehicles/equipment
• Supporting the maintenance team with day-to-day operations
• General chairlift maintenance

Requirements:
• Journeyman Electrician certification or Apprentice Electrician
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing electrical maintenance and installations
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and systems
• Commercial or industrial electrical experience and knowledge is considered an asset
• A high degree of initiative, creativity and self-supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, overtime and schedule changes as required during the winter season
• Comfortable climbing ladders and towers and working at heights with proper PPE
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

We’re looking for a Part-Time Overnight Security team member to join us starting in September!

Hours:
• Fridays: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturdays: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:
• Monitor security cameras
• Lock and unlock the gate
• Report and log suspicious activity

Requirements:
• Must be 18+
• Must have a valid driver’s license
