Spotlight Summer Coach announcement: Xavier Moreau!

A product of Archbishop Jordan, Xav will return for a third year coaching Spotlight. Coming off his second year at Camosun in Victoria, Xavier is ready to share his experience with our athletes and make this summer a blast!

Welcoming our next summer volleyball coach, Luke Weddell!

A product of Red Deer, Luke is a top setter in Canada West entering his final year with GBV. He’s driven the Bears offense to top-2 hitting efficiencies in Canada West in back-to-back seasons as a starter. We are looking forward to having Luke’s expertise in the Peak gym with our boys groups this summer!

Our next featured coach is GBV’s Jacob Sargent!

The Lethbridge product will be in the Park this summer bringing a wealth of international level playing experience, moving from u19 team Canada to captaining the u21 team to last year’s Next Gen squad. The Bears leader is entering his final season at U of A and is ready for a great summer with the Spotlight boys groups!

Former Salisbury Sabre Allie Moore is coming off an incredible season with the Pandas, taking home a national gold medal and all-star honours. This is her third year coaching with Spotlight, and she’s ready to share her high-level experience with our athletes all summer!

We’ve had athletes progress from Athletic Foundations into our Complete Performance Program, which means we’re opening 10 new spots in our Athletic Foundations Program

Athletic Foundations is built for young competitive athletes (Grades 5–9) who want to:
• run faster
• jump higher
• build real strength fundamentals

This is the first step in our development pathway.
