While only one team could take home the win, both teams showed what true sportsmanship looks like — playing hard, supporting each other, showing respect, and celebrating the game together. 👏

The whistles have blown, the season is done,From the warm June evenings to the setting sun.
Our U4s played games and learned how to run,While our oldest divisions showed how it was done.
The jerseys are dirty, the cleats full of grass, We’ll miss every slide tackle, header, and pass. But the memories we built on the Greenwood Park fields,
Are the best kind of trophies a soccer year yields. A massive THANK YOU to our incredible volunteer coaches,refs, supportive parents, amazing sponsors, and every single player who wore the Thunder jersey with pride this year! 💙⚡Until we lace up the boots next season... GO THUNDER! ⚽🔥

That’s a wrap on the 2026 House League Season! ⚡⚽From our energetic U4s taking their very first kicks to our U20s commanding the pitch, what an unbelievable summer it has been for the Shelburne Thunder! We watched friendships grow, skills skyrocket, and a whole lot of community spirit come alive at Greenwood Park every single week.
