Tomorrow is DAY ONE !

We are extremely excited to begin this new journey with all of you.

This week we will 'ease' into things ;) but seriously, we will make sure throughout this whole 6 weeks that you are confident with the exercises you are doing. Make sure to ask questions, want to push yourself & take all of our time valuable by getting to the gym early to make sure you can get your mindset ready and you are you not rushing in and distracting the group ! We will begin each class with some light stretching along with cardio to warm up the blood, so its very important to be on time so you don't miss out a very important part of the workout

We have a few spot left in our Block A & B (Monday and Wednesday at 8am & Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM) Block 6 already has a full roster and before adding more women to each class we want to assure we have enough eyes/time to give you the best experience ! ** Every time you refer a friend starting tomorrow, you will get an extra 2 classes added to your punch card :) !!!
