These two videos might look the same, but there’s a distinct difference between the pattern going from the tuck into line.

Now, yes I like to be picky with technique when you reach a certain level in your handstands. This is to help give you access to so many more skills, abilities & building efficiency in your practice. Neither is “wrong”, they are both a handstand! One version is just a little more practical for you versatility & skill developpmemt.

I’ll be posting another video soon, detailing which movement of the two would be more beneficial to develop and some tricks to get there 😉
