And just like that a 2 year cycle of training has ended.

So proud of all our Gorging Dragons🐉 teams. You are all rock stars 🌟 every single one of you!

15 races, across 5 different divisions, and 15 podiums. This truly is the little club that could. All those weeks and weeks of hard training really paid off 💪

For me personally, I am coming home with 6 medals from 6 races 🙌:

As you might have guessed, I left it all out there on the race course for every single race. I stretched my comfort zone being in stroke seat and I am proud to say I’m a world class paddler on both my right and left sides.

Thank you Taipei 🇹🇼 for providing the most beautiful backdrop for racing and blessing us with cloud and rain when it was time to race.

And now it’s time to rest….

Racing starts tomorrow! Here is the official live stream link. Taiwan is 15 hours ahead. I'll be racing PD2 Paradragons and Senior B women's for VIP Gorging Dragons. Cheer loudly so we can hear you from here! Go Canada 🇨🇦!

First is race number 37 lane 4 ( VIP Gorging dragons) then race number 55 lane 1 and again race number 71 lane 2. those races are 500 metres.

On my way to the 2026 Club Crew World Championships in Taipei 🇹🇼 🐉 🛶🥳

The studio is now closed until September 10th.

I am lucky to be paddling on two teams this time around. Gorging Dragons Senior B Women (50-59) and supporting our para athletes in the Gorging Dragons PD2 boat.
