Weight loss was the beginning. Health became the mission. The impact reached far beyond me.

When I lost my dad, the most important person in my life, that mission took on a whole new meaning. His passing reminded me just how fragile life is and how quickly everything can change. I can't control how much time I have, but I can control how I choose to live it.

Now, this journey isn't about the number on the scale. It's about being strong enough to show up for my family, healthy enough to make memories with the people I love, and honoring my dad by living a life filled with purpose, gratitude, and health. If my journey inspires even one person to take that first step toward a healthier life, then his legacy continues to make a difference through me.
