☀️ Summer Bootcamp starts next week!

Beginning Monday, June 29th, classes will be outdoors at Piccadilly Park in West Sechelt at the new summer time of 9:00 AM.

Bring a mat if you have one (extras available).

Looking forward to an awesome summer of workouts together!

Okay, I had to share this 😂

I went onto the BC Recreation and Parks website to check out the Continuing Education Courses and surprise, Liz and I are literally the faces of the website!

Definitely did a double take! We are famous now I guess 🤷‍♀️

These 2 absolutely crushed it today! 💪🔥
They gave it their all during the partner stations especially on the battle ropes!

Strength doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, pushing through, and staying consistent. So proud of the hard work and determination they bring every class!

Every class, everyone is getting a little stronger, a little more confident, and a little better than the day before! 👏

Last full day of my vacation! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter Weekend!

Tomorrow! Who’s in??

Guess What? Liz Hills (Always Be Strong) is here this week. So her and I have decided to do a last minute FREE Bootcamp Class this Friday, March 27th at Picadilly Park!

Come join us outside for a great workout! We are going to keep it simple with bodyweight and bands.
