where in your life are you being invited to be brave?
to lead with love. this is the question I hold at my heart centre like a sword of discernment — it’s my compass.

reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear, but the vulnerability to show up in our lives, despite it. this next chapter requires us claiming sovereignty over our own lives. it asks us to find the courage — to be who we really are.

it requires truth + trust.
it also begs for your clear vision, desire + joy.
it needs your steadiness — your instinct, your discernment.

this year is filled with heat, it will keep alchemizing anything that isn’t truth — to bring you closer to what you truly desire — and collectively, the veils are lifting.
we’re seeing more clearly + the thing about integrity is once you know differently you must choose differently.

because as systems around us collapse + dissolve we are ushered into a different way of orienting to the world + how we move through — self leadership.

this is the courageous work of our time, to take responsibility for our own lives, how we lead + how we love. to keep finding the courage to take responsibility over our own beautiful, wild + sacred lives.

I feel it in my bones, the calling forward of who we really are. the fire ushering us to claim our gifts. I now understand my place, my purpose in this process, at this time 🔥 .

I create brave + intentional spaces for us to return to the body. to remember the heart. I understand the deep healing energetic nature of a compassionate regulated presence, of being seen. I witness the potency of truth. I am a constant returning to the reclamation of what matters most.

I do this through my teaching + I bring it behind the lens. because we are being called to the frontlines, the heartlines together. no more hiding. no more doubt.

A personal storytelling photoshoot with me is a reclamation. It’s about witnessing your being — not your doing. it’s not about performance, it’s about presence. It’s spacious + doesn’t rush your process, it honours it. It’s a choice to be seen, in all that brings us. I hold space for the story, the vulnerability, the tenderness + then the breakthrough, the softening, the returning.

I know this now. It isn’t just photography work - it’s energy work. I bring my whole self, to meet yours.
