Swimming is a low-impact form of cardio and is a great way to get your heart rate up while protecting your joints. If you’re not fully confident in your swimming skills right now, grab a Kickboard, Noodle or Pull buoy and do a few laps in your pool. This will engage not only your legs, but your abs too. 🏊♂️
