There are many benefits to drinking water but sticking to the muscle building and fat loss theme that we are all interested in being dehydrated by 2% can lead to a 7% decrease in strength.😱

Swimming is a low-impact form of cardio and is a great way to get your heart rate up while protecting your joints. If you’re not fully confident in your swimming skills right now, grab a Kickboard, Noodle or Pull buoy and do a few laps in your pool. This will engage not only your legs, but your abs too. 🏊‍♂️

Boxing is a great way of burning calories as many of you already know. Just 30 minutes of boxing can burn up to 400 calories depending on what you’re doing. 🥊

Cycling can be put into your daily routine easily in many ways. For example you can swap your car for a bike on your next trip to the store. Switch it up at the gym/home gym and ditch the treadmill for the stationary bike. 🚵‍♂️
