✨ Please join us in congratulating our finalists for the 2026 Curling NB Junior Female Athlete of the Year Award: Gabby King, Carly Smith, Avery Colwell & Casey Smith.
All four have demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, dedication, and the incredible talent that the future of curling in our province holds.
These young athletes work tirelessly to balance school, work, practices, training, and league play, all while competing at the highest level. Their commitment to the sport and the way they represented themselves and New Brunswick throughout the season is something our entire curling community can be proud of.
Please join us on May 29th as we celebrate these outstanding individuals and announce the recipient of the Junior Female Athlete of the Year Award at the Curling NB Awards Gala.

This one is going to take some time to get over. After working hard the last few years towards our goal of representing NB at the 2027 CWG, unfortunately we fell just short in the finals.

Congratulations to Team Colwell on their win on the girls side, and Team Hughes Curling for their win on the boys side

Another extra end game but didn’t get the win this time. We have one more life, finals at 2:30 in a rematch with team Colwell

Another nailbiter in the “C” division semifinal to give us our first loss. We get the evening off and are back on the ice tomorrow morning for the semifinals vs the winner of Brown/Colwell this evening.

It took an extra end steal but we keep the momentum going. Off to the C bracket semi finals at 2:30
