A huge thank you to Phil Boudreault, our two-time Canadian Champion, Pan Am Games competitor, and 1996 Olympian, for joining us on Zoom tonight!

His words were truly priceless. Phil spoke with such honesty and shared invaluable insights on the importance of hard work, discipline, commitment, and sacrifice. We learned that it’s okay to be nervous, the importance of running, and that everything we do outside of practice matters.
