🎣 Another awesome morning on Lake Ontario! 🎣

We had a great time this morning with Scott and his son Ryan, all the way up from Nashville, Tennessee! 🇺🇸🇨🇦

Ryan loves to fish for bass so he was excited to try something new and wow did he slam them out there! We put a bunch of kings, coho, and rainbow trout in the boat.

Nothing beats a family fishing day! 🎣❤️

Had my dad, brother-in-law and nephew Jayden out on the boat this afternoon, and we had an absolute blast! There’s just something special about being out on the water with family, sharing some laughs, making memories and, of course, putting a few fish in the boat. 3 generations on the water fishing together which is super cool.

We ended up landing a great mix of Kings, Coho and Rainbows, with the biggest weighing in at 19.29 lbs! 💪🐟

But the highlight of the day had to be watching Jayden put the hammer down on his PB King! Crushed a fly on the wire dipsy and peeled out 450! 🎣🔥 Couldn’t be happier for him!

Days like this are what it’s all about. Great people, great fishing and family memories that will last a lifetime.

Fun morning out on the water with Rex and his crew visiting from Beijing! 🎣🇨🇳

We got a couple of really darkies today 😬 — these fish are definitely ready to head for the rivers and make some babies! 😂 Still great to see some fish around, as we managed a few kings and a nice coho for the cooler.

Taking tomorrow off and then we’ll be back at it next week! 🎣💪

🎣 WHAT A DAY ON LAKE ONTARIO! 🎣

After my morning charter, Mona came down with her friend Azad, and the kids for a couple hours — and we managed to put a few nice Kings in the boat! 🐟🔥
Then I headed back out solo… and WOW, did things get crazy! 🤯

The bite was absolutely NUTS. I landed 9 matures with a mix of beautiful chrome fish and some really dark, mature Kings that are clearly getting ready to make their run up the rivers. Every single fish came on The Big One Cut Bait Co. meat except the last one which was a rainbow while I was flat lining a plug! 🤣

The biggest of the day was just shy of 20 lbs — an absolute tank with a belly full of eggs. She swam away to make some more for next year.

This is what September on Lake Ontario is all about. The season is winding down, but there is still some great fishing out here!

Back to Lake Ontario (not Lake America) and another awesome morning on the water with a great crew!

Had the pleasure of hosting Melanie, her daughter Mia, her son, and his buddies from the Toronto Marlies this morning! 🏒

These guys brought the energy and we definitely found the fish! We put a bunch in the boat, had plenty of laughs, and finished up with a few nice fish heading home for the BBQ. 🎣🐟

Great people, great fishing, and a beautiful morning on the lake — doesn’t get much better than that! 👊

Nice to switch things up, as Salmon winds down Lake Erie walleye fires right up! Met my buddies Ron, Tal and Matt down at Port Glasgow today with the Grady and we loaded the boat with a full mess of nice chunky walleye for our freezers. It's always amazing to see how strong the fishery is for walleye, as the launch was lined up this morning with anglers from all over. It's my favourite thing to do when salmon dies down, as its non-stop action and a beautiful spot to fish. The boys had a blast and I can't wait for dinner! Walleye tacos coming right up!

Spent the last few days fishing with my buddy Tony, who is new member and part of our awesome fishing crew down at the club. He also happens to be my dads marine mechanic for the last 15 years and owns Xtreme Marine.

We fished some pretty gnarly waves last night and again this morning in his sweet Ranger 621 which did surprisingly well in those 5 footers yesterday. Only a few came over the bow but otherwise, we stayed dry. We caught a bunch of nice kings and rainbows and are now back at home for a few days until the winds die down. Next week will start to slow down for the season and only a few more charters before switching to some Erie walleye action. Today is also the last day of the GOSD derby, so good luck to those competing tomorrow in the final shootout!

Another stellar morning on the lake with Daniel and Charlie all the way from London UK. Charlie AKA the Salmon Whisperer had them biting all morning long, with his biggest king coming in on good old funky monkey and the 200 copper. What a battle! These guys went 13/15 on some solid kings and ended off the trip with a huge Atlantic. We couldn't revive it so I will be enjoying it for supper tonight 😋. Out solo this evening and going hard to wrap up the last week of the Great Ontario Salmon Derby!

Rick and his buddy were also in town for the Rush concert this week, and WOW did we lay down a beating on them this morning! Pretty much non-stop action going 11/16 on mostly good quality kings, 1 coho and a few rainbows. Super fun morning with these lads and not a ripple on the water while the fish were chewin'! Another brutal battle this morning on the back deck of the Grady! Don came back this year with some more horsepower, bringing along his daughter Shai and her boyfriend. They had bites immediately and we struggled to get 4 rods in the water! What an awesome morning bite which was dominated on a single strip of The Big One Cut Bait Co. meat. No BS. 1 strip this morning is all we needed. This stuff is insane how many fish we caught on the same rig and strip all morning long again.

Don's a great guy and loves to fish. He also booked charters for his company guys as well, so I am looking forward to hosting them tonight and tomorrow on the water. Back to the office this evening for another tour! Lets go!
