Meet Lauren, the owner and operator of Northern Swim School.

Lauren’s passion goes far beyond teaching swimming. She is deeply committed to helping every swimmer feel safe, supported, and confident in the water. With a compassionate approach, she meets each learner where they’re at, offering both one-on-one and group lessons designed to build skills, trust, and comfort at every stage.

👋 Meet Sadie — One of Our Summer Swim Instructors!

Hey everyone! I’m Sadie, and I’m super excited to be teaching swim lessons at Northern Swim School this summer!
⠀
With over 2 years of experience, I’ve always loved being in the water — and teaching has become one of my favourite ways to share that passion. The best part of swim lessons for me is watching swimmers build confidence, overcome challenges, and have fun while learning something new.
⠀
This fall, I’m heading to the University of Guelph to start the next chapter of my education — but first, I’m making the most of this summer by connecting with swimmers and being part of their journey in the water!

💵 Pay: Starting at $25/hour
🚗 Requirements: Must have access to your own vehicle
📋 Certs: NL + Standard First Aid & CPR-C
