As we celebrate Seniors Month, we're proud to shine a spotlight on the amazing people who make our Active 55+ centres such a special place.
Today, we're introducing Diane, a member of the Centre for the past 10 years. At 72 years young, Diane stays active through ping pong, pickleball, and cards. She loves trying new programs and values the friendships and fun interactions she enjoys at the Centre.
One of Diane's greatest joys is her grandchildren, whom she is incredibly proud of.
When asked what advice she would share with others, Diane's answer was simple but powerful:
💜 "Believe in yourself and focus!"
And her favourite quote?
✨ "Well behaved women rarely make history." 😜
