We set a goal to achieve a handstand push-up, and it took us 5–6 months to get there. We included 5 minutes of handstand practice in our warm-up, and we finally did it!

We try to always set physical, technical, and mental goals to keep them motivated, disciplined, and progressing. ⚒️
