Bridge Fitness

Bridge Fitness We meet three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10am for jogging/walking around the river. Also lunges, squats etc. Hello!

I'm very excited to be creating a group of women that want to get in shape and make friends! All fitness levels welcome. We meet in front of Broadway Roastry shortly before 10am(there's free parking about a block away). Our route is looping around the beautiful river by going down Broadway Bridge and coming back up the University Bridge. Takes about an hour, we do stretching, squats, lunges and et

c. Once the path is clear of snow and ice we will start jogging in intervals of 7 minutes. This is a free group exercise so I ask that all members be respectful and kind to one another.

*you can bring jogging strollers with kids, but please don't bring kids to jog along with us!*
