How to throw a harder straight right:
1. You might start with a block of your opponents right to the head with the back of your left arm. Your knuckles of your left hand will be on your forehead. Twist your right shoulder back and lean back a bit so your right shoulder is behind your hip.
Do items 2, 3 , 4 and 5 all at the same time.
2. Your hip goes forward.The big muscles of the body give you power.
3.Your right shoulder goes forward and your left shoulder comes back. Your fist starts at your face and ends at your opponents face.
4.Step a bit to the left with the left foot, and spin the right heel out.
5. As you throw the right, in the last 6 inches, turn over your right fist over so that your thumb is down and your little finger is up.
