Looking forward to joining Darren this Thursday as we celebrate the fall Equinox.

Hope you will join us!

Join Margie & Darren as they guide you through a Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath session in the garden at the historic Marr Residence. This 60-minute session will promote deep relaxation with healing sounds. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that brings your body into a deep state of conscious relaxation while your mind stays aware. Join us for this soothing journey that revitalizes the spirit and nurtures the soul through the power of sound and guided meditation.

This session takes place in the garden at the historic Marr Residence. There will be no access to washroom facilities. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat (or chair), pillow and blankets for your comfort and to build your Nidra Nest.
