ASTRA Soccer Academy ASTRA Soccer Academy focuses on the development, opportunity, and advancement of players ages 2-22.

ASTRA Soccer Academy is Saskatoon's first soccer organization to be sanctioned by the Canadian Soccer Association as a National Youth Club License holder. This designation recognizes the highest achieving organizations across Canada. Organizations achieving this license display characteristics and demonstrate behaviours aligned with the highest expectations of governance, administration, infrastru

cture, and technical instruction. These groups also participate in the highest level of amateur competition in Canada. ASTRA is available to all players within Saskatoon and surrounding communities and is considered a full-service program, meaning that players can play their entire youth soccer careers at ASTRA while receiving top quality training and having access to developmentally appropriate competition. ASTRA skill sessions are also available once per week for players who may be playing with another club but would like to receive additional advanced training.

David’s journey is a testament to hard work, commitment, and perseverance. Coming through both ASTRA’s UPP Program and U23 Men’s Program, he consistently demonstrated the dedication and character needed to compete at the next level.

We are excited to officially announce a new 2-year partnership between ASTRA Soccer Academy and Maestro Football. 🤝⚽

At ASTRA, we believe that great player development starts with great coaches. While this partnership will bring valuable opportunities to our club as a whole, the biggest beneficiaries will be our players.

Through this collaboration, our coaching staff will receive ongoing education, mentorship, and support through the internationally recognized Maestro Methodology®. By continuing to invest in our coaches, we are ensuring that every ASTRA player benefits from higher-quality training, improved learning environments, and a more consistent development pathway.

This partnership will provide:

Huge congratulations to Kashton ⚽🇪🇸
After an outstanding performance at Barça Camp in Barcelona, he’s been invited by Zodiac Eleven FC to return to Spain for their residency development program and youth talent agency.
Kashton has been with ASTRA since he was 5, and at just 9 years old, this is an incredible milestone. Coaches praised his 1v1 ability, composure, and confidence on both feet—true reflections of the Astra philosophy.
