Edit: Spring Session is full!

My spring session starts this Sunday and runs for 11 practices ending June 26th.
No practice the week of May 8th and June 12th
Practices are Sunday mornings, 9:30-11am at the Shaw Centre. Cost is $230 per participant for the session. Text me to let me know if you’d like a spot 306-717-4572

Whew! It’s been a LONG 9 months since we’ve been in the water as a group but im so excited to tell you I’VE GOT OUR LANES BOOKED!!!

Starting September 5th and running every Sunday until November 21st (12weeks) we have long course lanes at the Shaw Centre from 9:30-11am (that’s right, 90 mins this year!)

I’m still working out pricing as the long course lanes are more expensive than when we had mostly short course. Let me know if you’re in ASAP so I can figure out the per person charge. I have a limit of 10 participants so let me know early!

We’ll take a break from November to mid-January while I recover from childbirth, then get right back into things for the winter session.

I am so excited to see you all in a couple of weeks!

Oh my two-legged-fishy friends, I can wait to be back at the pool with you! The fall will hopefully bring a new training season. But until then, when your in the pool, lake, river or ocean, remember if you can’t focus on anything else, think length and reach. ❤️

It’s here!!! Follow the attached link to register for the core workshop IN STUDIO(!) at Lead Pilates! So excited to have this available and even more excited to be able to see everyone in person again!

We may not be able to get back in the pool but I’ve been working with Jana at Lead Pilates to put together a swimming specific core workshop. We’re still limited to only 10 people in the group but if I get enough interest we’ll run a second session.

Once I have confirmed interest in attending, I’ll get dates setup. It’ll be a Friday evening, about 90 mins and $25/person.

Let me know if you’re interested and let’s get this started!
