Let’s talk POSTPARTUM body BABY!!

I was terrified to work out at the beginning of my pregnancy in fear of miscarriage. I was also sicker then a dog from the IVF meds ( progesterone)

I went from working out 6 days a week to ZERO. ZILCH. NADA

After my first trimester I was feeling better but still scared and I was out of my routine.

During the IVF process and pregnancy I went from 122-180+.

YES you read that RIGHT.

I’m now working hard to get back in shape HOWEVER I’m not working toward the body I used to have. I’m working towards a new version of myself.

A happy HEALTHY mamma version!!

2 1/2 years sober today and a new mommy.

Please never give up on the things you want. It’s really hard and it’s really really worth.
