🚨Team Harty Announcement:
As seems to be the case with most teams this year, Team Harty has decided to part ways after this season. We have had some great successes over the previous seasons that will never be forgotten. Jeremy and Kyler have curled together since juniors back in 2012. Kurtis then joined the team in 2018. Kurtis, Kyler and Jeremy have won 6 WCT events together and when Josh joined the team two years ago we went on to win another one at the Banff ATB Classic. We have shared many wins and losses over the years, and each one of us has grown from the experience.
Team Harty would like to thank all of our fans and the volunteers who keep the sport running, hosting events every weekend to allow teams like ours to compete. On top of the event volunteers we have to thank our excellent coaches, Shannon & Heather, who both put countless hours into helping us grow as curlers and have shaped who we are today. We also need to thank all of our generous sponsors who have supported us through it all; Knievel Insurance, NLSS Construction, KnK Solutions, Mckee Homes, Hardline Curling & Dynasty Curling. Without the support that we received from you we would never have been able to even attempt what we set out to accomplish. We are proud of the season that we had with some of the highlights being competing in the Olympic Pre-Trials in Nova Scotia and placing third at Alberta Provincials.
We are not sure what the future holds for each of us as we look towards next season, but we can assure you that we will be at a rink in one way or another.
The team does have one final event this year, U-30 event being held in Saskatoon from April 22-24. We look forward to competing together for a final time and hope to end our great run as a team on a high note.
