Lambton bowhunters we are a non profit club located in sarnia Ontario that shoots archery We are affiliated with the Ontario Archers Association.

Lambton Bowhunters Association is a group of archers and hunters located in the Sarnia, Ontario area. The club was started in 1979 by Barry Lugsdin and incorporated in 1980.Our range is located on 40 acres of bush south of Sarnia. All of our members receive primary insurance through O.A.A. Archers of all types are welcome ( traditional, compound and crossbows ). Lambton Bowhunters memberships have

remained low to encourage families and kids to come out and try archery. We would welcome anyone to come out and give it a try. We have our monthly meetings an the first Wednesday of every month. From time to time we have guest speakers at our meetings with a wide assortment of topics from turkey calling to knife making. If you ever had an interest in starting archery or just want to keep practiced, come out and see what we are about

we’re saddened to share the passing of Randy Lugsdin. Randy was a member of the lambton bowhunters for over 40+ years and he president of the club for many of those. randy was always willing sharing his knowledge to everyone would listen. it would be a great honour if you could join us on Tuesday, September 1 at 1 PM at Smith’s funeral home to celebrate his life

With a heavy heart we say goodbye to our founding member Barry Lugsdin .Barry started this club 34 years ago and was so proud of it and its members Barry enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and his friends, he was always there when someone needed him for advice on hunting and was glad to give a helping hand. Barry had a very exceptional hunting career with taking deer, moose and bear in the same season also he had many animals that made the record books. Barry will be missed by many people that he taught how to hunt and fish but he will never be forgotten

Funeral service will be held at Smiths funeral home in Sarnia on Thursday at 2pm donations will be to the lambton bowhunters kids fund

It was a great day out at the range today weather was nice and so were the people had around 20 people out and had a great time talking and shooting hope we can get more out the next time we have a shoot

Come out to the range this weekend on Sunday between 9am-12 for a small 15 target paper shoot we will be having chilli ,hambergers and hotdogs and will be just hanging around talking hope to see everyone out there
