We’re one week closer to fall programming! Check out our Fitness & Aquatics Swing Week 2 schedules for:

📅 Effective September 7–13

Schedules will continue to look a little different during our transition from summer to fall, so please be sure to check the schedule before heading to the Y!

🚨 IMPORTANT AQUATICS NOTICE:
The pool will be CLOSED on Sunday, September 13 as our aquatics team participates in a Regional Aquatics Training Day. There will be no pool programming or recreational swimming available that day.

🏊 Swim Admission Policy Reminder: Our Swim Admission Policy remains in effect for all pool programming. Please come prepared to enter the water with children who require adult accompaniment.

🍁 Our full Fall Fitness & Aquatics schedules begin September 21!

Yesterday we celebrated our final campers of the week for the 2026 camp year!🎉💙

Each week, every counsellor pair selected one camper who demonstrated one or more of our YMCA core values: Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Inclusion, and Caring.

These campers went above and beyond by being a great friend, lending a helping hand, showing kindness, helping with clean-up, and making a positive impact on those around them.

These campers help made our camp community a fun, welcoming, and supportive place for everyone!

We cannot wait to celebrate all of our standout campers again next year!

Adjusting to life in a new country is easier when you have people by your side.

YMAP connects newcomer youth with opportunities to meet new people, practise English, explore their community and build lasting friendships. Through activities, field trips, sports and special events, participants can have fun while building confidence and a sense of belonging.

YMAP welcomes Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees ages 11 to 25 in London and Sarnia.

We had a couple surprise guests join us for Aquafit! 🐝 💦

Thanks to the Sarnia Sting for loaning us Buzz and Honey for the morning to pump everyone up at the Y! Our members and campers really enjoyed seeing them at JMFC and are stoked for another season of Sting hockey! 🥅 🏒 🙌

We are glad Buzz and Honey are hype mascots though and aren’t actually playing for the Sting since they struggled to move some foam dumbbells for about 30 seconds! 😝 💪
