👀Looking for a winter sport that’s fun, social and affordable? 🧹Sweep into winter with SGCC Junior Curling!

Our Junior Curling program is designed for both novice and experienced curlers ages 13-20. This 18-week program also includes exciting on-ice clinics, shot-making contests, a season wrap-up with pizza, plus opportunities to participate in Junior Bonspiels. With little to no equipment costs-it's also the perfect winter activity for families on a budget!

The 2026/27 Season starts on Sunday, Nov. 1 from 3-5pm.

Fun fact: Cary pulls out a gold golf ball for every par 3, saying it would make the perfect hole-in-one trophy someday. Well, yesterday that gold ball officially became a trophy! Congratulations Cary!

On Sunday, the Championship Match of the Mixed Scotch 2-Ball took place. After a fantastic day of competitive team golf, Melissa Bennett and Brian Reinholt delivered a masterclass performance to come out victorious and claim the title of 2026 Mixed Scotch 2-Ball Champions!

A massive congratulations to Melissa and Brian on a well-deserved victory, and a sincere thank you to all the teams who participated throughout the season!

The Bennett Cup Adult-Junior Challenge Match took place this past Sunday, September 6th.

4 pairs on each team played 6 holes of best ball, 6 holes of alternate shot and 6 hole singles matches.

When it was all said and done the score was 8 points for each side, allowing the adults to retain the Cup as the previous year's winners.

A great day was had by all and the sportsmanship shown throughout the event was off the charts!!

Our 2026 Senior Men’s Club Champion is Steve Wilcox. Shooting a 27-hole total of 108. Steve won back in 2021, reclaiming his title this year! Great playing Steve!🏅

We held our 2026 Junior Club Championship on Saturday, August 22. This year, we had 15 boys and 2 girls competing for club honours.
