☀️🏒 WHAT DOES A DAY AT RAPID SUMMER CAMP LOOK LIKE?

We’re not just showing up and skating… we’re building well-rounded athletes every single day. 💥

Here’s how our camps are structured ⬇️

🔥 ON-ICE SESSIONS
High-tempo, high-rep skill development focused on skating, puck control, game situations, and confidence building. Small details = big improvements.

💪 DRYLAND TRAINING
Movement-based training designed for young athletes — speed, agility, coordination, balance, and body control. We build athletic foundations that transfer directly to the ice.

🧠 ATHLETE EDUCATION SESSIONS
This is where things separate us. We help kids understand how to be athletes, not just hockey players. Topics include:
• Nutrition & hydration basics 🥗
• Rest & recovery (why it matters!) 😴
• Warm-up & cool-down habits
• Goal setting & work ethic

🎽 BONUS: Every athlete receives a Rapid Athletics jersey to rep all week long.

We’re getting ready to share our Rapid Athletics Summer Camps and we’re ready for an unreal summer of skill development, confidence building, and FUN.

August 24th – 27th

⏰ Each camp is 4 days
💥 3 hours per session

Expect high-energy training, skill work, games, competition, and the kind of environment kids can’t wait to come back to each day.

Competitive High Performance Skate – Saturday, April 11

Train in a competitive environment with HP1 coaching designed to challenge players and push development. This session is built for athletes ready to work, compete, and elevate their game.

🗓 Saturday, April 11
🕚 On-Ice Starts at 11:00 AM
📍 PASA 1
💪 Dryland Training Session to Follow
🏒 Open to AAA, AA, and BB Players

Expect pace, compete level, and detail. Players will be challenged on the ice and then transition straight into a focused dryland session to continue building strength, speed, and confidence.

Limited spots available. Come ready to work.

First full-ice game for our 2019 Avalanche… and what a debut.

The group battled hard and came up just short, losing 5–4 in overtime to Forest. An incredible effort from the players making the jump to full ice … learning spacing, positioning, and flow on the fly. They brought energy, excitement, and competed the entire game.

Proud of how they embraced the challenge. This is just the beginning — can’t wait to see what’s next for this group.
