VALOR YEAR 2🔥!
What started as an idea one year ago has already become one of the most meaningful traditions in our community.

Over the last few days 67+ athletes came together to take on VALOR—our Hero Workout created to honour the first responders who serve our community. EMS, firefighters, border, police officers, nurses, dispatchers, and everyone who answers the call when others need them most.

We are truly blown away by this year’s turnout, the effort, and the support. Together, we’ve raised $1,100+ (and still counting!) for ®, helping support first responder mental health.

To everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, or cheered others on—thank you. This is what makes our community so special. Your willingness to do hard things for something bigger than yourselves is what VALOR is all about.

Here’s to Year 2… and to making an even bigger impact in Year 3!🔥

After the incredible support and community spirit surrounding last year’s VALOR workout, we’re bringing it back for year two!
If you’ve been attending our classes, you’ve already taken on weeks of preparation for this event.

VALOR is our HERO workout honouring the frontline heroes who put others first every day—EMS, firefighters, police, doctors, nurses, dispatchers, and all frontline professionals in our community.

This year, we are proud to be supporting , an organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of first responders and emergency-service personnel.

We’ll also be selling limited-edition VALOR shirts. All proceeds will go directly toward the charity—message us to order yours!

Scaling options will be available for every fitness level. Come out, challenge yourself, honour our heroes, and support an incredible cause.

We are extremely excited to announce that Phoenix - CrossFit Sarnia is now an OFFICIAL HYROX Training Club.

We love the methodology, energy, and challenge that HYROX brings to fitness. It perfectly complements CrossFit training and athletic performance in a format that is accessible to athletes of all levels.

You can NOW join our HYROX classes:
