✨Our Final 2 Weeks ✨

Just like that, we are entering our final two weeks of weekly classes in this space🖤

There is still so much to experience, celebrate and soak in before we close this beautiful five year chapter.

✨ Practice with us for our final two weeks for only $50+hst. Join us this week and next for our remaining classes in this space.

A few important updates as we move through these final weeks:

✨Classes & treatments will begin again November 2nd in our new home at 1410 London Rd.
✨My (Ashley) November treatment appointments are now open for booking through the MINDBODY app.
✨We have a few appointments available through September 23rd for 60-minute Indian Head Massage with Chloe at our current space.
✨Our final Floating Meditation is FULL and we already can’t wait to cocoon with you again in our new home.
✨Yoga for Men • September 17th at 8:00pm. All donations will be going to and can be made upon arrival.
✨There are still a few spaces remaining for our Fall Equinox Celebration on September 19th. Yes, there will be dancing but don’t let that stop you from joining us. Expect candlelit vibes, cacao & sour dough, ceremony, movement, connection and a beautiful evening honouring the changing season and this chapter together.

🖤A few important things to know during our pause:
•All communication will be through email at [email protected]
•All Raven Heart gift certificates remain valid and will be honoured in our new home.
•If you have remaining classes on a pass that you were unable to use before our pause, please reach out by email so we can support you.
•Our online booking will remain available as we begin adding our November schedule. We will continue to update you along the way.

Come soak in these last two weeks in a space that has held so much life, healing, laughter, tears, movement, stillness and connection over the last five years.

The heart of this space is coming with us. 🐦‍⬛
But before we move forward, we’re taking these final two weeks to honour everything that has been held and created here 🖤

THANK YOU 🌕

What a beautiful experience we shared last night.
Our final Full Moon Ceremony within these walls, held beneath the energy of the Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse. 🌕✨

Sitting in circle with you has my heart. In such a held space we have the opportunity to speak or simply just listen. We know the power in this. We feel it.
We are not alone.

These ceremonies have always been an invitation to return to ourselves, each other and the earth. To create enough stillness to hear what is already within us, an opportunity to return to the wisdom of our hearts and bodies.

There IS a cycle completing.
There is a version of you that is ready.
Step through the fear and lead with love.

Ask yourself “What am I releasing?”
And then ask yourself “What feels abundant in my life right now? Nourish this over the next month until the Fall Equinox.

When we let go we release the weight but we keep the wisdom.

Que sera, sera. 🤍
Whatever will be, will be.

Come celebrate with us✨

As summer begins to soften into fall, we’ll gather together one last time within this beautiful space.

The Fall Equinox marks a threshold, a time of balance, harvest and transition. A time to honour what has grown, give thanks for what has been, and make space for all that is waiting for us.

And there is so much to celebrate.

Five years of gathering.
Five years of community.
Five years of movement, meditation, healing, ceremony, laughter, tears, friendships and connection.

For our final gathering, I want to fill these rooms with JOY.

We’ll begin together in circle with a Fall Equinox ceremony, honouring the season, this chapter, and all that has been created here.

And then, we celebrate.

The music will rise and the space will open into ecstatic dance, tea and connection. How lucky are we to love these beautiful bodies.

Let’s dance barefoot in the studio. Sit and sip tea with friends. Maybe meet someone new 🤍
Pull a card, connect with spirit. Land in the present.

There is no right way to experience the evening. Come exactly as you are.

And after the movement, the music and the celebration, we’ll return to the studio together.

We’ll land our bodies on the earth.

In stillness. In silence. Together 🤍

Allowing everything we have shared, created and experienced within these walls to settle.
This is our harvest. To honour what has been.
To celebrate what is. And to trust what is waiting for us.

One final gathering within these walls.
One beautiful celebration of community, connection and joy🤍
