Big thanks to the guys here in Victoria for having me down to teach a class. It’s always a pleasure to share Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu. I have been a Martial Arts Instructor now for over 45 years and there isn’t one day I regret teaching , it’s my happy place. When teaching class all the negativity from the day or the week is forgotten all I think about is my class my students and the knowledge and the positivity I am passing on. 🙏🏼

Congrats to Pat Byron on being promoted to 7th degree! This level of recognition is built over a lifetime of doing and studying martial arts. Below is a write up from Sensei Byron:

I have just received a promotion to Shichidan (7th Dan) from Sensei Michael Puckett, Puckett's Noble House of Karate,.
This is a huge surprise and honor since I have retired and moved on to my next adventure.
Some will question this, most won't be concerned, but, those who know me and the character of my Sensei and great friend, Mike, will not.
As always, thank you to all my former students, teachers, and my family, Pat Byron.
