I decided to take a mini dose of my own medicine with the Naked Insight relationship journeys I offer and peak into my side of the temple of Union in my marriage of almost 15 years.

So what I saw in those few minutes was almost embarrassing, yet perhaps relatable?
The space was being cluttered with to-do notes, piles of dishes, and other parenting domestic overflow (family of 5 over here). It wasn't until I scanned further along I saw photos of us dancing- one of my favorite ways of connecting. No wonder romance has been on the back burner, our psychic temple was too full with imprints of responsibilities to a household over our relationship.
So I took the fleeting moment to clear up a bit of the psychic debris in this space. Forgetting about this simple act of energetic hygiene… something miraculous happened. At 5:30a.m before our daily 6:15 am tea ceremony (hubby wrote a whole guide to it HERE) I was flooded with a flurry to create a beautiful romantic gesture of pouring a steaming candle lit bath to drink tea together in.
It was divine and something I'd love to do more often!
I'm not just here to celebrate, but to speak to how tidying-up and addressing a psychic imprint can free up energy for new pathways of connection.
Creating space for Ideas and inspiration around how to tend the soul of the relationship.
Because I was so inspired by the impact of this small gesture I decided to record a wee free journey for you to do your own version of just that.
