Hands On Hatha Workshop 🤲

Fine tune your practice. In this 90 min workshop in the non-heated space you will be led through a series of traditional Hatha Yoga postures with the option to receive hands on assists and support by Lauren & Lena. We will workshop and break down some of these poses, addressing alignment and adding strength and integrity to our postures.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and most definitely also those who have been practicing for a very long time.

Expect to deepen your understanding of Yoga postures, walk home with tools to cultivate a home practice and connect with fellow Yogis. We will finish off class with a dreamy Savasana & community meditation.

The Yin ☽ & the Yang ☼

I’ve always been the Yang kinda person that would seek a sweaty power flow class over a restorative class. In fact, in my 8 years of yoga practice I rarely attended any yin-like slow flow classes.
Here is to discovering the yin (female energy) side & balance it all out ⚖
