Two new pieces of equipment arrived yesterday, a hamstring curl machine and a wrist/forearm machine. Thank you to Paul Proulx for picking them up in Winnipeg and setting them up in the gym, and to Robert Tucker for providing the equipment needed to get them in the back door.

Thank you to the staff at Sunrise Credit Union - Ste. Rose branch for a donation of $1700 to our fitness centre! Board member Caitlin Lepla accepted the cheque from Credit Union staff member Emilie Durston. This generous donation was made possible through their “Jeans Days” fundraising campaign, and follows a previous donation of $1100 in July, 2024. Our gym members truly appreciate the support of community-minded businesses like Sunrise Credit Union!

On behalf of all our members, we want to extend sincere appreciation to Donna Wildeboer and Brett Hopfner at the Letain Building. They look after the purchases of gym memberships, issue receipts, keep records of all current members, and assist with the activation and deactivation of pass cards. They do all of this on a volunteer basis, on their own time, with patience and a smile, and for this we say a heartfelt "Thank you!" They exemplify what community spirit is all about.

Huge “Thank you” to the staff at Sunrise Credit Union - Ste. Rose branch for a donation of $1100 to our fitness centre. Board member Caitlin Lepla accepted the cheque on behalf of the fitness centre.
