Not sure if you’ve heard yet but not SUP and OC1 race will be in Montreal/ Club de canoë kayak Pointe-Claire on June 17th! We have a great twist of challenge for you with a 2 x6km tech race as well as a 2km Beginners race! Registration is live for the 6km and for the 2km is cash only on race day ($35).

Hello athletes !

A few announcements!

Next week we will have training on Tuesday as normal but instead of Thursday the training will happen on Wednesday! For Wednesday training it will only be available at 630!

All coaches are going to Mississauga Ontario for a race !

LSG will have the first week of August 2-6 off as it’s vacation time!
