Ving Tsun is beter bekend als Wing Chun Kung Fu en de bekendste beoefenaars waren Bruce Lee en zijn meester Ip Man. Ving Tsun heeft een heel directe aanpak en de bedoeling is het gevecht zo snel mogelijk te beëindigen. Individueel wordt er vastgesteld hoe de vaardigheden en competenties verbeteren en zich ontwikkelen tijdens de training.
