✨ A special shout out to Leen, who arrived at 7:00am with us and was given special permission by the tournament to help coach and assist us on the floor. After coaching and assisting for the first three hours of the day she then shifted into competition mode, performed her pattern and had a close sparring match before shifting back to helping coach and assist. Thank you, Leen! 🙏

Last night our Demo Team was invited to perform at Mental Health Awareness Event C. A. M. P
(Connection, Awareness, Mindfulness, Purpose). Thank you to .l.hunter89 for inviting us to this wonderful event 🙏.

Our team rose to the occasion and with only four practices created something really amazing! 👏

A HUGE thank you to Coach Jenie () who always has the best ideas and is able to bring her visions to life. So much time and love goes into everything she does (as you can see by the table set up alone!) Thank you for guiding the team to create something so awesome 🙏.

Another big thank you to Coach Chris for being his normal, social self 😅. Coach Chris knows nearly everyone and was happy to go around and chat to those he didn't know. Grateful for our awesome team of Coaches and students. Thank you! 🙏
