✅ Control the weight - don’t let it control you. Slow down the lowering phase on every rep for more muscle engagement and less injury risk.

✅ Mind-muscle connection matters. Instead of just moving the weight from point A to B, focus on actually feeling the muscle you’re targeting work through the rep.

✅ Keep your core tight on every movement - upper body exercises aren’t just arms and shoulders. A stable core means better control and more power.

✅ Free weights and machines both have a place. Use free weights to build stability and machines to isolate and finish the muscle when you’re fatigued.
