Hey ladies! It’s almost Tuesday! Join us this Tuesday and every Tuesday evening for a walk around beautiful historic Pinafore Park. Check out how much the baby geese have grown and which of the flowers are blooming this week. Get out for an hour of fresh air, nature, exercise at your own pace with your bestie or meet some new friends with a group of like minded women.

Meet us in the parking area at the very back of the park.

Hey Ladies! Get out and enjoy the beautiful summer weather with us. You know you want to. We meet at 7pm in the parking area at the very back of the park. Dogs and kids are welcome. We’ll spend an hour walking the trail around the park at your own pace. Some fast, some slow and some in between. No one is left behind.

See the turtles, check for tadpoles as you walk across the bridges and follow the trail through the forest and along the creek. Don’t forget to embrace your inner kid and check out the splash pad on the way by too! Free to all ages and abilities. No one walks alone. Kids and dog welcome.

Meet is this Tuesday and every Tuesday at Pinafore Park. We meet in the parking area behind the bandshell at 7pm.

Been watching the group for a while? Keep seeing the posts pop up? Wondering what it’s all about? Not a fan of walking alone? Need some motivation to get moving? Now is the time join us! We’re an all ages and abilities group of women who meet Sunday’s and Tuesday’s for an hour of exercise, support, laughter and fun at your own pace, but never alone. Tuesday walks are along the paved path circling the park. Sunday walk moves around the local parks and trails. Keep and eye out for the weekly post.

Sunday is looking beautiful. Slather on the sunscreen, grab a hat and join us at Dan Patterson for an hour long walk/hike. Free and at your own pace. No one is left behind. Meet in the parking lot. Please reach out if you need a ride. This trail is not stroller friendly but join us Tuesday at Park for a paved path.

Today was for the dogs! Thanks for a great Sunday walk ladies!

Join us every Tuesday evening at 7pm for an hour of girl time. We meet at the very back of Pinafore Park in the parking area behind the bandshell. Kids, dogs, strollers and walkers will all easily make their way around the paved path ringing the park. All ages and abilities are welcome to join us.

Hey ladies! We’re headed for the Fingal this week to enjoy some nature and wildlife. Dogs are welcome to be off leash, stroller friendly hour long walk at your own pace. Kids, dogs, your mom and the friend you’ve been meaning to catch up with are all welcome.
