🚧 GYM RENOVATION UPDATE! 💪

We have moved some of our equipment into the new addition, giving us more room to spread things out while we wait for the new flooring to arrive. 🏋️‍♀️

We’re still expecting approximately 6 more weeks before the flooring arrives and can be installed, but we’re excited to be making progress and getting closer to the finished space!

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue with the renovation. We can’t wait to have the new addition fully completed and ready to enjoy! 🙌

🚧 GYM RENOVATION UPDATE! 💪

We’re getting closer! Our new addition is coming together, and we’re excited to start making use of the extra space.

While we’re still waiting approximately 6 more weeks for the new flooring to arrive and be installed, we’ve decided to move some equipment into the new addition in the meantime so we can start enjoying the extra space!

The renovation isn’t quite finished yet, but we’re getting there!

🥞❤️ What a morning!

A huge thank you to the 520 people who came out for our FREE Frog Follies Pancake Breakfast! It was amazing to see so many people from our community enjoying breakfast, visiting, and spending the morning together.

Start your Frog Follies weekend with a delicious FREE pancake breakfast for the whole community!

If you’ve finished your set, please re-rack your weights.
➡️ Not everyone can lift what you lift – and no one should have to move your weights just to start their workout.

✅ Clean up after yourself.
✅ Respect your fellow gym members.
✅ Be the reason someone smiles at the gym – not the reason they trip over a dumbbell! 😅
