June 17 - Wednesday Update💧💧⛳️⛳️
Once again the course is saturated this morning with lots of standing water.
Carts will not be allowed on the course for the day.
We will open the back 9 to carts for a private function at 3:30.
Ladies Night will move to a shotgun at 6:00 and will be open to carts.
If you booked for last week's ladies shotgun your name remained on the booking sheet, if you need to make changes please contact the Proshop.

Ladies night special tonight in the Tin Cup - Chicken Tacos and choice of cocktail/wine - $25

⛳️⛳️⛈️⛈️ Mens League - June 16

The radar is not looking great for tonight. As of right now the course is still playable so we won't officially cancel. Teams can still show up and try to play if the weather permits but points and prizes will be reduced so as not to penalize no shows.

🚨 Bear Sighting in Town – Please Use Caution 🐻

The St. Paul RCMP would like to advise residents that a bear has been spotted within town limits. Alberta Fish and Wildlife are aware.

If you encounter a bear:

• Stay calm and keep your distance.
• Do not approach or feed a bear.
• Keep children and pets close and under supervision.
• Never run from a bear. Back away slowly while keeping the bear in sight.

Residents can help reduce bear activity by removing attractants from their properties:

• Secure garbage, recycling, and compost.
• Bring pet food indoors.
• Clean BBQs after use.
• Pick up fallen fruit and keep bird feeders inaccessible.
• Put garbage out the morning of collection whenever possible.

⛳️⛳️🚫🚫Ladies Night - June 10 - Cancelled🚫🚫⛳️⛳️

Unfortunately with more rain overnight and this morning, carts will not be allowed on the course for the day. Ladies League Fun Night is cancelled for the evening and will be pushed to next week. If you had signed up for this week, you will remain on the booking sheet. Please call the Proshop if you can't make next week.

Walking will still be permitted, if you would like to play please call to make a tee time as the shotgun start will not be happening.

⛳️⛳️⛳️🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♀️ We are back to allowing carts on the course today, although we ask everyone to try to stay in the dry areas as much as possible and to keep carts 30 yards from the greens. Ladies League will proceed as usual this evening. Public tee times available on the opposite 9.

With the significant amount of standing water on the course, carts will not be allowed for the day and Mens League is cancelled for the evening. Format and tee times (if you booked) will be carried over to the following Tuesday. Booking, Standings, Prizes can be accessed at the following link:

2-person Mixed (1 man + 1 woman) Scotchball tournament on Sunday, June 14.
(Modified Scotchball: Both players tee-off, you switch and hit the other person's ball on the second shot, from there the team finishes the hole in scramble format)
$250/team entry + $50 Blind Calcutta
Blind Calcutta: Prior to start of round each team will send one person to putting green. They will have a chance to make a 10-foot putt to get their own team in the calcutta. If they miss they will choose a random team out of a hat.
Registration: 9:00am Shotgun: 10:00am

Congratulations to Tracy Kotowich on her hole-in-one on the 8th hole last night during ladies league. What a way to kick off the season!

**** Reminder that next week our Mens League and Ladies League officially kicks off. Both Leagues follow the same format as last year. Follow the Leagues link on the golf course website for more information.

Mens League: If you have not registered a team or have not signed up for the 5:30/6:30 shotgun this coming week please call the Proshop to do so. The booking page will be live following the first week when all teams are known/registered.

Ladies League: The booking sheet is live. Sign up for this coming week's 5:45 shotgun or call the Proshop to do so.
