𝒮𝒪𝒰𝐿 𝑅𝑒𝓉𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉 & 𝑀𝒶𝓇𝓀𝑒𝓉 was exactly what was needed. ♡

Moving into this weekend, a piece of me was feeling resistance, but I trusted what was coming up. Looking back, it was a quiet revealing of something I had been curating without even realizing it….more intimacy, deeper connection, fuller nourishment, greater embodiment, and a sense of peace that could be felt the moment you walked into the space.

That is exactly what this weekend became.

A safe and supportive space where women could arrive exactly as they were, soften into the present moment, nourish themselves fully, and reconnect with the wisdom already within them. Through movement, reflection, community, rest, and meaningful conversations, we were reminded that self-love isn’t something we simply think about, it’s something we embody, practice, and choose again and again.

Every facilitator beautifully wove this message throughout their sessions, guiding us back to our bodies, regulating our nervous systems, and showing us that caring for ourselves isn’t a luxury reserved for a retreat weekend. It’s a lifelong practice. One that deserves space, intention, and commitment.

There was something truly special about the energy in the room this weekend. The connections, the vulnerability, the laughter, the moments of stillness, and the collective exhale that happened when women realized they didn’t need to be anything other than themselves.

This retreat has been one of the most nourishing, embodied, and heart-expanding spaces I’ve had the privilege of holding. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, excitement, and inspiration for what’s to come. If this weekend taught me anything, it’s that we’re only just beginning. I already can’t wait to gather again, create even more magic, and continue building spaces where women can heal, connect, nourish themselves deeply, and come home to themselves.

So excited to share the teasers from - Megan and Jamie poured so much into capturing the beautiful moments and hearts, so much gratitude to both of you. So much love to for the opportunity to host on your beautiful land in your magical barn!

This isn’t just another retreat — hallelujah ✨

For the past 6 years, this space has gently held so many incredible women - facilitators, practitioners, vendors + guests. For some, it was their very first retreat. For others, one of many. For some, it was the first time they shared their voice, facilitated, or allowed themselves to truly be seen. For some, it became a space for deep healing, remembrance and transformation. For others, it was where they found their way back home to themselves again.
