Transformation results:
Went from 160-175 lbs in 3 months and here’s how I made it happen.

1- Changing my eat habits (making sure I was tracking my macros and eating in a caloric surplus to allow me to gain size)🥗

2 - Changing my environment. In order to see results you need to be in a positive/healthy environment. 🏡

3 - Workout Routine: Increasing the weight, reps/sets and intensity of my workouts.💪🏾

4 -Rest. Make sure you sleep 7-9 hours and allow your body to recover and recharge for your next workout.😴

Optional: taking supplements, the ones I recommend Protein with Mutant Mass and Creatine with Allmax.
