Beforme Pilates Beforme Pilates is a modern Reformer & Mat pilates Studio in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal

10/08/2026

Beforme Pilates is a boutique studio. There’s no front desk and no reception staff, you book and pay online, arrive a few minutes before your class, and step straight onto your reformer or mat. It’s an in and out experience by design: no queues, no sign-in, no lingering. Your instructor greets you at the door, and everything you need for the session is already set up and waiting for you.

Pilates is NO JOKE! 😭💀 We thought it was gonna be a chill workout… we thought wrong!

We got invited to BeForme Pilates to try out a class, and it was WAY harder than it looks 😂 Definitely a workout we underestimated, but such a fun experience!

Think you could survive a class? 👀
