This is just one of many examples showing that there are no limits in yoga.
The biggest limitations usually exist only in our minds.
"You're already too old for yoga. Just take a pill, and you'll feel better."
Because starting something new takes effort. The first step is always the hardest.
I understand this completely because I've been there myself.
But I believe in you.
I believe you can find your own path to better health, more movement, greater flexibility, and a stronger, happier version of yourself.
You don't have to be perfect. You just have to begin.

We grow older faster when we stop moving.

You don't have to do extraordinary things. You just have to keep moving.

For me, yoga is one of the best ways to stay strong, mobile, and independent as the years go by.
